Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We currently only serve burritos to customers located in the United States. But don't worry, we are working on getting ovens in all parts of the world - hopefully soon!

How long will it take to get the best blanket ever?
After you have placed your order, our processing center usually takes about 1-3 business days to process, package, and ship your order. This fulfillment time is allotted to allow the funds to settle, and to give customers the freedom to change and update their orders as needed.
For the holiday season, due to the influx of orders, please allow for a slight delay in processing time.
Expedited shipping orders will arrive in about 2-4 business days to U.S. customers.
Non-expedited shipping options (Free Shipping) can take about 4-8 business days in transit.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
After each order is placed, we immediately send an order confirmation to the email you provided upon checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation, or enter an email upon checkout, please email us at officialblanketbean@gmail.com with your full name and order details and we will resend the confirmation.

How can I track my order?
It's 2023, of course we have order tracking! Use the 'chat' button, and follow the prompts to track your order.
If you have no luck with that, shoot us an email at  officialburritobean@gmail.com and we will send you a tracking number and a link where you can track your order.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
We ship ALL orders after our 1-3 day processing time. If you received a confirmation email and it has been 1-3 days, your order has been shipped. 

How can I change or update my order?
All order updates can be emailed directly to officialburritobean@gmail.com at any time, day or night. Please include your full name and order # in the email.

Where can I contact customer support?
You can email us at any time during the day, or even during the wee hours of the night and we will get back to you ASAP. Our customer service email is officialburritobean@gmail.com.
 Our response time is usually quickest between 8 AM - 9 PM EST. However, all inquiries will be answered within one business day.

Our customer service representatives are quick responders and will do our very best to answer all your questions, even if we are cuddled up at home with our own burrito blankets!

Return Policy?
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 20 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds of used blankets. For example, you would not be allowed to sleep with our burrito blanket and then return it back to us with crumbs and dog hair attached. Please, no.
Shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for a return is due to a company mistake or mix up. For example, in the off case that you order a Supreme and we send you a Mega, we will absolutely cover these shipping costs to make things right! However if you want to return a blanket because you've suddenly become allergic to tortillas... you will have to pay for the shipping costs yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you would like a refund while your item is still in transit, unfortunately we will have to wait until the package is delivered to initiate the refund process. Once you receive your package, you can simply bring your item to a nearby shipping station and have it sent back to us, with a registered tracking number. If the product complies with the refund criteria above, after we have received the tracking number we can then gladly issue a 100% refund.
